From Planning to Execution: Re-syndicating Permanent Supportive Housing

See bigger map

With a growing inventory of aging permanent supportive housing (PSH) properties in the Los Angeles region that require significant physical and financial restructuring, PSH development organizations are increasingly looking to their existing portfolio for housing development opportunities.  The exercise of resyndicating your PSH property requires careful planning and coordination across the organization.

Join us for a full-day seminar that will provide an in-depth review of what it takes for a successful PSH resyndication.  The training will cover: planning and goal setting, roles and responsibilities, assessing project feasibility, legal and structuring issues, and negotiating with public agencies.

This seminar is best suited for housing development organizations actively working (or planning) on resyndicating PSH properties, specifically housing development staff and asset management staff, though we welcome others connected to the financing and/or operations of PSH.

Presenters include representatives from Enterprise Community Partners, California Housing Partnership Corporation, and National Equity Fund.
