The Northwest Jacksonville Economic Development Fund is in place to stimulate economic development in Northwest Jacksonville. Falling under the direction of the Housing & Neighborhoods Department, it is a tool used to bring a holistic approach to neighborhood revitalization. Staff works side by side with CDCs to bring commercial development within their boundaries and advocate for the creation of jobs and services that their residents need and desire.
