WEBINAR: How To Do It ~ Using the Institute's on-line resources for comprehensive community development practitioners
InstituteCCD
Published: September 7, 2011
Do you need to prepare a Request for Proposals for a new quality of life plan? Or develop a memorandum of agreement with a new lead agency? Could you use some tips on how to design and benefit from a good evaluation process, or a template to help you develop a successful media strategy? You don’t need to start from scratch!
The Institute mines a rich body of rapidly accumulating experience within and outside the LISC network to develop case studies, templates, training videos and other tools intended to help practitioners launch, expand, and/or strengthen comprehensive community development programs. These tools are organized to help you through all stages of a comprehensive community development program—beginning with organizing and engaging a community, through planning and implementation.
The Institute's Director Eileen Figel and Website Manager Patrick Reardon give a quick tour of the Institute's website and the resources available to you in our new HOW TO DO IT section.
This webinar was intended for representatives of LISC, lead agencies, CBOs, task forces, and others engaged in comprehensive community development. Please share this with your partners in your Building Sustainable Communities programs.
